Two materials & two design options using Swirls - White
on walls & refrigerator panels
using metal & acrylic panels
-
Create a dramatic statement on the walls and, make the refrigerator seamless and stunning.
-
The large wall panels allow for a large sweep of design, and ‘book matching’ the pattern.
The metal panels are easy to install and maintain.
Our panels for the refrigerator in acrylic bring a different polish, sensibility, and depth to the design which makes the refrigerator pretty and interesting.
-
The most impactful portion of the customization is matching the marble veining on the refrigerator in the one case, and manipulating the smoke as though it is a part of the motion of the marble in the other case.
The color and intensity of the smoke is changed to harmonize with the marble. More or less intensity can be added.
-
The walls are in Matte Aluminum and the refrigerator panels are of Acrylic - both in Swirls - White.
New design using Swirls - Black
for backsplash, cabinet, & refrigerator
-
Treat the kitchen as an art installation in this antique farmhouse.
The client wanted streamlined and powerful design in her predominantly black, galley kitchen to balance black and white art and design throughout the house.
This space will be turned into a bar when a new kitchen is added later, so the panels had to be both utilitarian and sexy.
-
The client is a designer who excels at creating impact through a cohesive design story.
In her home, the color palette is muted in whites, blacks, and cocoas, with emphasis on a few, stunning pieces of art.
Specific inspiration for this kitchen was the client’s bold aesthetic, love of fluidity and line, pared-down and powerful color palette and the desire for art to define the space.
-
The client was going to add a base cabinet and was buying a new refrigerator.
We used the panels on the new base cabinet and sides of the refrigerator in addition to the backsplash.
Having one seamless material and design across three different surfaces (plaster, wood, and plastic) eliminates visual clutter and gives sophistication, polish, and the power of simplicity to this galley kitchen.
And the larger ‘canvas’ allows the sinuous beauty of the shapes to provide vertical, undulating design in a very linear space.
The refrigerator was transformed from predictable to a piece of art.
-
Everything was custom.
‘Custom’ includes the design, the scale, creating the sweep and accommodation of multiple elements in the kitchen including the refrigerator, proposed light fixture, cabinet doors and pulls, and photographic manipulation of the images for tonalities and balance, among other things.

The images show the many types of customization that can be done and the many types of uses for the panels.
-
We have customized everything from adding a subtle background layer to allowing the underlying substrate to show through to modifying colors and scale.
-
This type of customization can be done on any of our materials.
Development of installation design using Brilliance
on walls
-
Use ‘Brilliance’ to create unique wall coverings in this kitchen.
The client wanted ‘less is more’ - with a twist.
A goal was to enlarge the space with a sense of lightness and enliven a darker wall of the kitchen that didn’t have a lot of natural light.
We were going for grace, panache, and playfulness.
-
The client has been paring down, keeping only pieces that balance excitement with simplicity.
She has a passion for flowers and the unexpected and likes to shake things up but keep a high level of refinement.
With no upper cabinets, these walls were a blank canvas and the client didn’t like the geometry of tiles or grout lines.
-
We matched the existing Benjamin Moore paint color in the rest of the room perfectly.
There are no upper cabinets and this allowed for the design to curve across two walls.
The backsplash/wall covering would stop in the middle of the long wall where the kitchen turned into dining. The client had not been able to find other materials that would gracefully stop in the middle of a wall.
Thin metal edging for our panel created the modern look she was hoping for.
The panels are durable and easy care - with the ability to take heat with super simple maintenance. These clean with a swipe of any cleaning solution on a sponge in a nanosecond.
-
The background, the coloration, and the hue were customized to match the wall color perfectly.
Several versions were offered with renderings - giving the client the ability to choose the level of design.
This would take five panels to cover these walls, with a small seam where the panels meet.
The client debated drilling holes prior to installation to hang Lucite shelves, but chose to leave the wall open.
